japanese videogames with scripts/furigana etc.

Thank you, that is exactly what I was in need of! If it isn't asking too much do you think you could take a quick look at youtube to see if you could find any playlist of a complete run through Final Fantasy 13, where every cutscene/dialogue is shown etc? I figured it would be much more enjoyable to actually watch the game while I practice, if it isn't asking too much.

EDIT: Nevermind, I found a playlist:

I'll use this opportunity to share my findings with everyone in case it may help anyone in the future:
This site has a complete translation of FF6, Chrono Trigger, and The Legend of Zelda: A link to the Past, among other incomplete ones.
This thread has some good links to scripts and a good method of finding the script you need(look at first post)

I found these resources concerning KH2 final mix:
This wiki has all of the weapons, items, magic, summons and abilities descriptions it appears, you can use it along with the following faq, to compare the Japanese and English descriptions(the faq has the japanese names for items & all):
I think this page has the full script of KH2 final mix but I can't confirm it, it looks like too few sentences to cover the whole game, can anyone confirm this?

@albion; there is also this other run of KH2 FM that may help you in case you decide to do the script:

As some of you might be aware, Blizzard has announced a remastered StarCraft for this summer. It's my favorite video game of all time, period, so I'm obviously waaaay excited for it. But you know what's even more exciting? The game will be localized in Japanese too? See and scroll down to "dialogue and localization". A few years ago I dug Akihabara in all possible stores to get my hands on the original StarCraft in Japanese (very obscure, really hard to find), and I was super excited to get my hands on it. Now this gets even better. Smile Can't wait to improve my Japanese with my favorite game.
Vanquish will be on Steam with full Japanese support. Pretty good game, but short.
And Bayonetta is already there! One of my favourite games and definitely worth playing.

Edit: In case that wasn't clear it's the full Japanese version. I.e. has full audio, subtitles and UI in Japanese.

If you're looking for more games you can play in Japanese then here are a few resources:
Fire Emblem Conquest, all versions, nearly every single piece of information:

Fire Emblem Echoes, looks like a work in progress, but same site:
Made a start transcribing Kingdom Hearts II (Final Mix), which I put here because I couldn't be bothered uploading text files (which probably would have taken less time but I'd rather wait until it's finished):
