Is there anyone around who still has access to this spreadsheet - and can approve me?
I own both the 1kyuu and 2kyuu books (can provide pics). But it seems that the people who worked on it haven't been active in months.

I am also interested in getting access to the 1kyuu book. I can prove that I own it.

I have access to the google docs of the 2kyuu book, but cant see any 1kyuu sheet :\

The version of the sheet I have doesn't have the 1kyu sheet. It was split off from that project. If you go back into the revision history, there may be part of the old version still on the sheet. I do not know who would have the complete 1kyu sheet.

Is there a list of mined books here somewhere? I've seen the sticky, but this particular book, for example, does not appear to be there. I think it would be good to provide some kind of a list of already mined content with contacts of people/links to the content, so there would be no duplication of effort, if there is none yet.

I've seen requests for the 1 kyuu spreadsheet in this thread and the 2 kyuu thread. It seems a shame that because the keeper of the spreadsheet is AWOL that all the work that went into it was lost. If someone has a copy, I can put it up on google docs and control access to it for others to use.

The best solution would be to post a deck to anki shared. But any way would be good too.

I agree, but it seems this forum's policy to control access to the data so that only people who own the book can access it. Even though I am willing to perform the role of controlling access, I haven't been contacted by anyone indicating that they have a copy of the spreadsheet. Maybe everyone who had access is long gone? It could be because it has been a few years. It's too bad that the data was lost....

Since the owners disappeared, I've recently taken it on to myself to type up my own spread sheet for the N2 and N1 books. I'm about halfway done with N2, but I haven't started the N1 grammar spread sheet though. When I finish I will have no trouble uploading a copy.

This post may very well have saved my life... or at least several hours of it. Thank you!

Is there also a spreadsheet for N1 Shin Kanzen Bunpou?
Or at least a work in progress where I could contribute in order to spread the workload? I'd love to make anki cards with all the grammar points, but I can't come up with enough time/motivation to re-type the whole book!

Would it be possible to post the spreadsheet instead of the html output? That'd save quite some time.

Right now I'm putting the N3 book into anki, once I'm done with that I'd be happy to share it.

It's out there somewhere... the previous jlpt study thread linked to some Rutgers students google group. I joined and got the n1 spreadsheet from them...

Edit: ask nosleeptillfluent for it

I'm not particularly enthused with sharing my email address with the world. However you should be able to copy and paste the html out put into excel, or at least with libreoffice. I know Cause I checked to make sure you could do that before sharing the link.

I can confirm that I was able to do the same thing using OpenOffice Calc.

I can further confirm that it can easily be imported into excel:

data->from web->point to site->done

Thanks, did not know it was possible to import these into a spreadsheet program like that.

Wow, that's a lot of work you did there, thank you!

I see you left out the "!" section with additional explanations in Japanese. If you're so kind to give me access to the original spreadsheet, I'd be glad to start adding them if you don't mind.

Yea, it took me the better part of 2 months to do which is why I left out the ! section. http://www.filedropper.com/shinkanzenn2 There is a copy of the original spreadsheet, which you can download, add and then up somewhere as you see fit.

Shin Kanzen N2 Grammar Deck based on RandomQuotes' spreadsheet uploaded a while back.

Additions include:
- Custom 'Kanzen' card type
- Fixed any typos I was able to find.
- Grammar points on example side in bold with blue coloring (makes sentence cards easier to process during review)
- Entered 「!」 sections for each grammar point by hand (see "caution" field)
- Google TTS audio for each entry (delete the 'sound' field from the card type if you don't want to hear these)

I'm an Anki 1 user, so I only did a brief check for compatibility in Anki 2. Everything looked fine to me, but if something deck-breaking happens, let me know.

Not-so-legal disclaimer: Make a (preferably manual and off-site) backup of your decks before importing this deck. This shouldn't break anybody's Anki collection, but you never know.

Big thanks to RandomQuotes for making this deck possible. His work saved me a lot of time working through the book. Hopefully this Anki deck saves somebody a bit of time as well.

If an N1 spreadsheet pops up, I'll give it the same treatment as well.

EDIT:

Anki deck for Shin Kanzen N1 Grammar is now available. The same features from the N2 deck apply to this one as well. Major thanks for making this possible goes to NoSleepTilFluent and his Google+ group. I obtained the spreadsheets from there, worked through the book, and uploaded this deck with his permission. I hope people will find this as useful as I did.

(Quick note: Some of the cards in the later part of the deck are missing the TTS audio. This is because I lost my Anki 1 TTS plugin during a computer switch--not something I can easily get back with the old Ankiweb being offline. If you're using Anki 2, however, it should be very easy to generate audio for the cards missing it.)
