@bizarrojosh Whenever you get the books just give me a shout and we'll get started.

@zigmonty Im completely with you on this one. If the IME doesnt do it automatically Ill just leave it to or if the kanji looks too wacky Ill leave it alone as well. Im a kanji man myself so the more the better (within reason of course)

if you guys are typing this out, it would probably be better to use this http://www.fba-works.com/detail-plan4.html - that way it's only a copy and paste affair

hey guys, I'm heading out today to get the 「日本語能力試験」対策 日本語総まとめN2 文法 and the test sign up. I'll take a look at the layout and figure out how to make a grammar deck.

any suggestions on how you would like the front of the card to look and the back of the card to look?

I just bought the Kanji-book from "nihongo so-Matome" and I think it's really effective and am strongly considering buying at least the Vocabulary-book too tongue

wow, I have to say that this grammar book sucks ass. I'm having trouble finding good explanations for the grammar that it is illustrating. I'm frustrated by the fact that they make it seem so simple, but if one were to actually apply what they are teaching it doesn't always work...so what's the point of teaching it?

I guess I'll have to find other grammar books to help explain what this book is trying to teach.

i paged through it, and it looks like kanzen master 2kyu grammar.

i feel like it's fine for passing tests, but if you want to actually use it and grasp all the nuances then yeah, you need DOJG series.

You can always cross-reference the grammar points with jgram.org
Plenty of explanations and example sentences.

@bizarrojosh I know what you mean. The grammar book leaves a lot to be desired. I think their intention was to keep the book thin so they skimped on the explanations.

It's been a year.. has there been any progress on this? I have this book and have made my own deck (by scanning pages from the book into Anki and some manual text input). It hasn't been QA'd for typos yet, though. Would my deck be of any help? Or, if the manual input effort is still ongoing, can I help in any way?
