"Mary, anata wa watashi no kokoro o ugokimasu." is grammatically wrong. 動く (ugoku) is an intransitive verb, so it should be used with が (ga). So when you use it with 心 (kokoro), it turns into 心を動かす (kokoro wo ugokasu). あなた (anata) applies some form of distance so it doesn't fit in as well. 君 (kimi) would be much more appropriate, although just writing Mary would be perfect, in my opinion. And finally, the whole structure is bad. Using plain form would imply that it's some kind of proven fact!? Past form should be used or ～させる (~saseru) with テ形 (te form). A good sentence would be something like マリーの言葉に心を動かされた (marii no kotoba ni kokoro wo ugokasareta). Do keep in mind however, that 心を動かす (kokoro wo ugokasu) is closer to "affect/move/touch" someone's heart.

"Mary, anata wa watashi ni totte ii shigeki ni narimasu." is much closer to what you need. However, when you use 刺激 (shigeki), there's no need to write いい (ii) cause it's already implied with the whole word. For example: 「明日天気になるといいね」 (ashita tenki ni naru to ii ne). You say "weather" but it implies good weather only. Anyway, あなた (anata) sounds bad again. So the whole sentence would be something like マリーは私にとって刺激となっています (marii wa watashi ni totte shigeki to natteimasu). Again, it's not a fact and you speak about yourself, so you use テ形 (te form).

I always think that simpler things are better, so If I were to say "Mary, you inspire me", I would use マリーのおかげでやる気が出ました／出ています (marii no okage de yaruki ga demashita/deteimasu)

NOTE: Don't use ます形 (masu form) if Mary is closer to you.

メーリ、私の心を乗り移しています。 ... I don't know where to even begin with. I would just like to point out that 乗り移す／乗り移る means to "transfer" something... Your heart can't be transferred.

So I'd recommend you to write a Japanese language study materials blog after you get the basics down. I'm this critical cause you dared to write the "Learn the Japanese language from basic to advance level" thingy.

So which one is closer to the one that I needof these two sentences?  My vocabulary isn't that great yet so I can't tell...
Also does gender matter if i say this to a girl or if i say this to a guy when I'm a girl?
