Thanks, the image problem is now fixed. Seems like it is not possible to include filenames with ō and ū in zip-files, so winrar just excluded two images without telling me.

In the new version, 1 card = 1 round for the first 100 cards a day. Afterwards it's 2 cards = 1 round.

The problem is that I might not (actually it happened already) be able to add new constructions as fast as people, who do many cards/day (like you two ), advance in ankiemperor.
Currently there are around 100 constructions and with 1-2 constructions a day it would take 50-100 days to complete, which is a good pace in my opinion. Therefore I slowed down the progress after 100 cards in order to keep the top-performers busy and not run out of constructions too soon.

Now that you know how it works, I hope you can plan your buildings a little bit better
If you have any further suggestions how to handle this siutation better, I am all ears

Can you use this on a Mac with OS X.  I am guessing the answer is no, but I wish....

I am not able to test it on a mac, but if Anki is working, this plugin should also work

*I always set the last building according to how many reviews I have left, it's how I noticed. Now I'm learning extra because I can't stand seeing an unfinished building .

I'm the same, but I only strive to finish on round numbers. I think I increased my new card amount three times while doing core and noticing that the remaining reviews subtracted from my current progress don't result in a 10, and only then noticed that it keeps slipping and that two cards equal one.

Anyhow, x2 is not much, and it enforces consistency (better do 100 every day than 200 extra on a single day), so no cause for complaint there. I recall Blizzard did something similar with WoW many years ago though: when they implemented the rested xp (a daily experience bonus), they first had it work as normal experience, with everything after its depletion being twice less rewarding, which made people feel they were being punished. Consequently, Blizz just doubled the experience per level, as well as all gains, and said that rested xp grants a bonus to xp gains, and suddenly, everyone thought of rest xp as a reward and of the previously half xp as normal.

Would you consider doing the same, as in, double building time, make the first 100 cards grant double turns, with the currently "penalized" cards granting a single turn? This'll make initial cards feel like a daily bonus, and also make keeping track of turns left easier.

I found a glitch (or I'm presuming it's a glitch). I got the pop-up for doing 50 reviews and got 25 extra gold. However, since I hit the wrong button and hit un-do, it subtracted the five gold it had been given but not the 25. So when I answered it again, I got another 25 gold. This could be very profitable...but yeah, I figured I'd let you know.

Why do you sometimes get more gold for getting something wrong? Can you give some explanation on how much gold you get?

Glad you like it . You get 12 gold for answering a card for the first time (i.e. for a new card), whichever button you click. Likewise you get 2 gold if it is not a new card. (Because you've spent time thinking about the card, you get at least some gold, even if you failed the card)

Additionally, you get a certain amount of gold depending on the button you've clicked and how often you have correctly answered the card successive before. That is 0 additional gold for soon, but some amount x for any other button.

It would be good if it showed which city your current construction is located in.

I agree. However, as this is such a minor inconvenience imo, it is postponed for now..

small  point but I think Prime Minister of Japan would be better.

Are you thinking of upgrading this plugin to match Anki 2.0 at some point in time?

Bonus build counters are used up even when not building. This has an effect when lacking money for the next building - say, I start the session with 500 gold, but need 2000. After answering, say, 50 cards, I can now order my building - but I've used up 50 of today's full-worth turns, and in 50 more cards I'll run into the decreased building speed penalty.

Not sure if you count this as a feature or a bug

The (noun) rank is based on how much percent of constructions you have completed. As there are new constructions, the rank decreases
Emperor rank is only given for 100% of all constructions complete.
