Go to youtube and watch random Japanese videos.

Most of the stuff you hear in anime or drama is normal Japanese.

And with dramas, you can have the japanese subtitles (http://www.d-addicts.com/forum/subtitles.php#Japanese) in case you don't understand something.

What kind of spoken Japanese do you want to learn?

Everyday spoken Japanese can be very different depending on who you are and what you want to do with it...

I was just looking for books + audio. I am now looking for children's audiobooks but I haven't found anything.

Song lyrics and TV shows are not everyday spoken Japanese.

Variety shows with people talking to each other is pretty close to everyday spoken Japanese.  If you can understand Ameta-lk you should be able to understand most Japanese you hear everyday.

Dramas are also good, but I think they are significantly easier to understand than everyday conversation.  Actors generally have much better pronunciation, and everything follows a script, of course.

Drama is a lot easier than "real" Japanese so it's a good idea you get into unscripted forms of speech and variety is definitely the way to go. If that fails look up a show called Peeping Life, it's short and as close to real conversation as you're ever going to get from an anime (it's not really anime though).
If you like Hip-hop this podcast is pretty cool, not actually much music just some guys chillin' and you can't really get any more natural than a bunch of stoners talking about rap. Just avoid scripted stuff if you want every day Japanese.

When I watch TV dramas, or podcasts, I hear the same words and sentences spoken over and over and over and over and over again....

Hell, when I watch or read pretty much anything in Japanese I hear the same things spoken over and over again.

I agree with the person on top.  after a while it's the same shit over and over again.. and that shit is everyday/common Japanese. BTW I LOVE AME TALK TOO... if the theme for the episode is compatible with me.
