I am using the Tuttle Kanji cards and am on the last 4th box now. A recurring problem I have always had is with being unable to find sentences for the all the Kanji and their compounds. It happens all to often that I am unable to find the word in my pocket Kenkyusha dictionary and thus I try the internet. I am able to find the sentence on the internet sometimes but again very often I just can't get a sentence at all or get a list in which the Kanji or the compound is compounded with some other things (a different word altogether).

Is there some resource that specifically gives sentences for all the 1946 Kanji in the Tuttle series boxes with all their different 訓読み and compounds as given on the cards themselves? I am just looking for a complete resource here to solve the problem i.e all sentences at one place.

Do you have some other advice?

I would consider upgrading to a bigger dictionary, although it'll cost a bit.  I think the Kenkyuusya app was $150...  A used paper set might be a lot cheaper, I don't know.

Doesn't Kanji in Context give you a sentence with a word using each kanji? I've heard the level can be bit high for some people, but thats another option (and its all Japanese I think too...which is a downer).
