Ah nice find, hehe. I seem to have copied the wrong name from wikipedia, 藤本美貴 is the correct one, but she is apparently also known as Shōji Miki.

shomp,are you already working for some improvements? what are your ideas for the new releases? there will be a method to put our own personalaties or something...?

If you are interested I could make an own scoreboard for your plugin. Or I can send the php source code for the current scoreboard so you can extend it for your needs.

I'm not interested in Japanese idols so I'll continue using the city version wink

proxx,actually the 2 plugins works same time and make progress in both same time too.
my points is going for the two versions.

This option sounds good! Once available, I can re-add the scoreboard functionality with a new url.

i made a mistake and lose my 8 level . now im zero again....
in future illmake backups.
i think i lose data opening 2 anki same time.

The girl number 18 is Yaguchi Mari not Yamaguchi Mari as in the romanazation in the nanpanki.
Anyway, im liking to play.

You shouldn't do that. The last to update your level (and thus the file) will win.

Who is using the plugin? Theres 36 download of the nanpANKI plugin. Who are the other 35 ? Which level are you currently? By downloding the other link that shomp gave there are others too.

Who are you, rebirth? From nowhere you went to 241 point of the scoreboard of ankiwarrior? Untill yeasterday you even was in the rank.What method of study do you use?
Theres no rebirth in the user list.

Probably he used AnkiWarrior in a while and just recently downloaded the update with the highscore list and/or clicked it for the first time.

Another possibility is to just edit the sources of the plugin and moidfy your own rank.
That's the problem with the highscore list. It shouln't be taken too seriously.

i think the second possibility is the most possible. Proxx, what kind of method do you use to study? sentences? words? how much time a day?

I wouldn't say that. Seems like evildragon updated his score and is now leading again :-) If rebirh started at the same time, why not? The scoreboard was only introduced in a recent version of Aniwarrior, not from the beginning.

I have different decks, one heisig deck, one sentences deck and one smart.fm core 6000 deck. I am not really using the scoreboard to compete with others, but I like clicking on the link after I reached a new level :-)

I have a usb video game control that i used to play emulators and stuff... Is it possible to configure the control on anki? Or theres some adaptation available?

I am using Ubuntu 10.10 with anki 1.2.8. Today when I opened up anki I received this message:

Hi,

thanks for the bug report and sorry for the late reply; I didn't had time on the weekend. I'll look into it now. Did you change anything on your system since the error appears? Is the error occuring after the update on Anki 1.2.8 or already before? I can see your name in the highscore list and therefore I am wondering why it worked before.

I think it was after I updated anki to 1.2.8, It is now working after I uninstalled anki and installed 1.2.8 from scratch.

Been using it for a while and its really nice imo.

Some stuff that would be great if it was possible:
** syncing ankiwarrior over different machines/app... I use anki in several places (usually 3) and can only have anki warrior in one.
Can you take data when anki sync (say amount of cards reviewed that were downloaded from ankiweb) and apply it to anki warrior? (Im not sure if it does this already, but at least not that I've noticed).

** Add a -Last Updated- column for the scoreboard page, so that you will know who is still updating it or not.

** Having some kind of quick interesting fact for each city, like a famous place there, a famous person that were born there, history of the place... nothing too extensive, that you could read in top 1 minute or so...

thank you for your kind replies. I have to admit that I am currently not putting much effort in the development of AnkiWarrior. I have too much other things going on.

I agree with you that these features would be really nice, unfortunately they take time to be implemented which I currently do not have. At least for the last update request I implemented some quick solution. All users which haven't updated their score in the last 2 month are now deleted from the scoreboard. Of course deleted users appear again in the scoreboard once they click the link in Ankiwarrior again.

I'll keep your other suggestions in mind for when I continue to delevop AnkiWarrior again! :-)
