Yes, their fabulous plan to make the test "fair" and "unchanging" from test to test failed rather miserably. (Well, it did for me.)
All of the nonsense about them curving the scores to keep pass rates from fluctuating so much was... well... nonsense, or else pass rates wouldn't have plummeted so much.
Then again, maybe that's the real pass rate they want, which is what I'm starting to think. Right now, I would wager that the December test is closer to what they want for N2 than the previous July test. 
But I suppose we won't find out until July.
Oh, and congrats to those of you who passed, my sympathies to those who didn't. It's a maddening exam regime.
