As I can't seem to work out how to upload torrents properly, I am going to fire up some TV shows that people outside Japan might want to take a look at.

News clip about the typhoon last week: www.nishigo.co.uk/tv/NHK_typhoon_news.mp4

平成教育学院 game show: www.nishigo.co.uk/tv/heisei_sept_9_2007.mp4 I've left the commercials in.

It was fun wathcing the game show! It reminded me of how colorful everything is in Japan. When watching finnish or american tv shows, you don't generally have the screen flashing with all the colors of a rainbow. =P

Thanks for another download synewave, I need more TV for the AJATT method. I'm guessing you're the same synewave from the JLPT Study Forum.

EDIT: Basic english grammar correction (Your -> you're) how can I master another language when I make these mistakes in my own language.

Not quite "downloads" but I have subscribed to the RSS feed of this blog(?) which shows loads of Japanese TV and explains what is going on etc. definitely worth a look I think.

I'll try and get back on it this week. Although my absence has been due to a recent purchase of a PS3 and the arrival of an Aussie with a penchant for red wine smile

Hi! o^_^o

thank you for doing this! It is really interesting. ^^ I have one question, could you maybe please record http://www.fujitv.co.jp/b_hp/thrill too? It is a show running on Fuji TV each Friday night, I think. It seems to be pretty funny. ^^ Please? That would be great!!!! ^_^v

Glad to hear I'm not wasting my time FTPing files for download.

Ichigochan - that's good that there are a few programmes you're interested in. I'll see what I can do.

Once I've gotten your files I'd be happy to mirror them on my server, that is, if I've your permission to do so. (At least more people would be able to access it quicker, and I've tons of bandwidth that I'm not actually using. And my server's pretty fast too.)

That's fine with me. Although I'm not really sure whether either of us have permission!

If anyone wants to upload them anywhere as torrents, that would be cool too.

Next episode is on the 10th of November. Remind me nearer the time in case I forget! My online guide only lets me set recordings 1 week in advance.

Thank you synewave for the downloads! I don't have any requests, but if there are any wacky game shows you know of, I'm a fan of them! My vocab isn't good enough to understand a lot of what they say, but I love to listen and consume as much Japanese entertainment as possible, so once again, thank you!
