I had a random spurt of energy and I'm going to use that energy to help some of you guys out that are struggling whether it's with RTK, RTH, or just SRSing in general.
I found that the best thing you can do is incorporate walking into your SRS routine and you can do this by getting the AnkiMobile App and using it on your iPhone or Droid or whatever you little kiddies use (just don't be that one guy with the iPad or you'll look weird, but I guess you'll look weird anyway if you're doing what I'm about to tell you so never mind what I just said).
So the best way I finish my SRS sessions is by going on these crazy 1-2 hour walks. I also did this when I was going through the RTH books and it was weird walking and reading at the same time but I got used to it and I stopped caring what people thought when they saw me looking like a weirdo in public. The only problem with this technique is that I'm not aware of there being a way to make audio work on the AnkiMobile App.
Other tips that will make you less stressed out:
1) Drink lots and lots and lots of water.
2) Get enough protein so you have energy and your mind is awesome for learning. Eating eggs for breakfast is a good idea.
3) Get enough B Vitamins, Omega 3's, and sleep to help your memory.
4) Last but not least, remember to not overdo anything. Take it easy. Chill out bro. Come at me. You want some of this? Didn't think so...
