I noticed that a lot of sites do not block you if you do not have a Japanese Ip address have you guys had this problem? if so who did u get around it?

If by who you mean how, why not use a Japanese Proxy site?

Do you mean sites do block you? If so, I use a VPN from Witopia which allows you to choose which city your IP address is in, and there's one in Tokyo which I use for sites requiring a Japanese IP. Highly recommended - expensive but much more reliable than some other VPNs I've tried, and they let you change city whenever you like (most let you choose once, then you're stuck with that one).
