Hello, Fabrice!

I've just edited my story for {1522}, and now I can't access that page; it keeps sending a 500 - internal server error. As the rest of the kanji work well, I wonder if it could be related to anything I've done. Anyway, I'd be glad if you look into it.

Thanks in advance!

Mmmm, the error happens almost all the time, but sometimes I get the page correctly. Could anybody reading this confirm that, please?

I'm getting this for the main page (http://kanji.koohii.com/) the study page (http://kanji.koohii.com/study) and any review type page (example, http://kanji.koohii.com/review?type=expired&box=all).

Is something broken?

This is just another "Me too" stupid message. Hope the problem get solved soon. BTW, some pages do work, like /main or /progress EDIT: and /login and /logout, although the redirection they make gives a 500

Website

Hmm earlier today I noticed there were news about an update to CPanel. I thought it had happened a couple days ago.

They're probably updating the servers. I'm sorry I have never figured a good way to keep track about the web host updates, especially that they so seldom happen.

Edit: Hah. Well the forum is up. Might be something with the php update that breaks the main site. I think they upgraded to php5.3.

I'll look at it first thing in the day tomorrow.

dwsmith: read the post just above yours. big_smile

Temporarily, I'm studying with the Anki deck that has the top 2 community stories... Kind of sucks to study like this after getting used to the site...

I hope ファブリス can fix it tomorrow. smile

Yeah, I really took it for granted until I didn't have it;  I think I'm finally going to donate a few bucks :-)

"Upgraded" PHP version? My condolences, Fabrice. I know how it feels to be ass raped like that. Having 150k lines of inherited code, designed for version 4.1 (and full of bad programming practices). Hope your case is a piece of cake, since it's your code and it worked fine in the previous version. I'll donate a few bucks next summer, I promise.
