Your only option may be to find an NHK Asadora drama.
You can find them on d-addicts, mysoju, or dramacrazy.
Every season, NHK has a 15-minute family-oriented "Asadora" (literally "morning drama") that take place in other areas of Japan (i.e. not Tokyo). They are good for learning
dialects.
As of now, the current Asadora is Carnation:

This one takes place in Kansai. But most Asadora are from more
obscure regions of Japan.
Here is the synopsis:
The story is based on the life of fashion designer Koshino Ayako, who passed away in 2006 at the age of 92. Although she was a successful designer in Japan, she also single-handedly raised three daughters who followed in her footsteps to become internationally known designers, named Hiroko, Junko, and Michiko.
Ono's character in the drama, modeled after Koshino, is named Ohara Itoko. She will play the character from her teenage years to her fifties. The story is set in the Kansai region, but Ono will have no problem with the dialect since she is originally from Nara.-- Tokyograph

Like others said, dramas might be hard to find, but if movies are okay too, you'll find quite a few movies set in locations that aren't Tokyo (and sometimes entirely in dialect). Two movies I've seen recently that were entirely in dialect are Akunin and Hotaru no hikari (in Kyushu-ben and Yamaguchi-ben, respectively). I'm sure there are many more.
