Is it just me or does it get CONSIDERABLY easier after frame 500 or so??? I mean at first its so slow and going at 20 new ones a day was about as fast as I could go before I started to slip but after lesson 13 where he just cuts down to key words making up the kanji and maybe a small hint once in a while it just becomes soo easy. I'm doing about
30-40 new ones a day up to 60 on weekends. Does it just get easier and easier as it goes on???
Oh and a trick I found to make it easier to learn is I review at 5 in the morning right after I wake up with he new cards number to 0, so I just do all the reviews and push them back a day or two.
Then latter usually after school i'll start doing the new ones 10 at a time, so I'll fail all the cards continuously even after I get it right and I keep doing this until I can "speed write" them and I just breeze right through them all several times before I pass them.
Doing it 10 at a time makes it very manageable and easier to learn quicker.

I think learning the kanji does get easier. The later ones don't look much different than ones I know (in terms of complexity). Unfortunately, my review count can be bad, especially if I miss a day or two. I had a whirlwind weekend and now I have over 400! Ack. I'm also having issues with synonyms, so I started making a note on the front of the card that it doesn't include a certain element/keyword, etc. I'm around 1400 now and want to finish by Christmas. I'm starting to get a bit sick of kanji! I want to be done now
