Hello! I was reviewing when I came across with 嘆 and I wrote 尭 instead. In RTK3, Heisig wrote 歎 as STRAWMAN + YAWN, but in 尭 he wrote the same meaning! What's the difference :S? Why 尭 and not 嘆? Or why 嘆 an not 尭 :S? Both means strawman/scarecrow...

I don't know why he gave strawman/scarecrow such similar keywords, but it's not the only couple that are confusing. You've just got to find ways around it...
You're on RtK 3, so I'm kind of surprised you're having problems like this.
尭 is #2095 as "lofty"
歎 is #2859 as "bemoan"
You've had more than enough time to readjust yourself to see 尭 as "lofty" if you think the strawman/scarecrow is too confusing.
You could say that "scarecrow" is the character from the wizard of oz, and "straw man" is more like the actual inanimate creature, or a doll made out of corn husks or something.
Yes, it sucks that some keywords are similar, but it's part of the process.
