The real 46?

Is elbow supposed to be 46 in RTK1? When I put 46 in for adding flashcards, it came up as specialty.

The actual number of elbow is 2464, and that's in RTK3.

I'm just guessing here, but do you have the 6th edition of the book? The index numbers changed between the 5th and 6th editions, and this site hasn't been updated to reflect that.
