Good. I fail to see any benefit this waste of tax money would have brought the economy. People already want to come to Japan, and when they do many blog about it. Tourism awareness doesn't need to be subsidized.

The money should go towards disaster recovery and/or funding alternative energy (or just building more modern nuke plants).
