I reckon a lot of people here have already seen a Minecraft video or two because they keep popping up on the "most-watched" lists on nico. Here's the most amazing one of the one's I've watched for everyone who have yet to be introduced to the horrors and wonders of Minecrafters:

(for everyone who has no nico membership and doesn't mind a few ads here's an alternative link - has a slight risk of being NSFW because of the randomness of the ads http://www.nicozon.net/watch/sm15525269)
It's an incredibly detailed WIP replication of Tokyo's Disneyland and a great testament to what online communities can do. Since the video is very long and a bit drawn out in some places (IMO) I recommend letting the video load until completion and then zap around to your heart's content.
For those who know nothing about Minecraft, I can say that every "box" of material is manually created and things like this takes a looong time. Judging by the comments the replication is quite true to the original so I'm guessing all the contributors are using reference photos for everything, too. I myself don't play the game by the way, I'm only going by what I've seen of others playing it (the reason I'm not linking the game is because it is known to be highly addictive :p)
Hope you appreciate the beauty of this digital art made by so many people, who came together in a way that we are very lucky to have access to in the age we live in!
