Since I've started to re-learn and re-start Heisig's masterful book, Remembering the Kanji (RTK), I thought making some wallpapers of the kanji I'm learning might not only help me to remember them, but it would also be another way to have fun doing it.

At first, I scoured these forums and google images alike for some RTK wallpapers (after all, why not see if any other Heisig studiers had beat me too it?) but I was never really able to find some that I truly liked. The Kanji on them were either too small and too crammed in, the wallpaper was too boring looking, or I would have liked the stroke order on the kanji somehow, ect.

So I decided to make my own. I was inspired by ABC blocks and I figured that, if the ABC's are the building blocks of the English Language, why not transfer the idea to Kanji and the Japanese Language?

I also know that everyone's taste in wallpapers is quite the same (I'm a good example myself!) So, I made two versions of this wallpaper (containing the first 24 frames of RTK). One is in color and in the KanjiStrokeOrder font for all of you that like to have a bit of color in your language learning. It's twin is in Black and White with the Meiryo font, for those of you who want a more serious and dark looking wallpaper for your Kanji study...in fact, I might re-name it the ninja wallpaper now...

Anyway, here are the links, hope you like at least one!
