Mature card %?

Now that I'm getting in the 1500s it seems my mature card recall % in anki is taking a dive.  It's down to about 83% now.  For those who are completed or near completed, is this close to normal?

i just finished and my mature cards are at 88.8% and about 50% of my cards are mature
