Agreed on the reading part. It might very well help in reducing frustration as Heisig's keywords start to fall away. If you want to save some time in adding them, you could take a look at this site. Wrightak's deck is pretty decent, and you can merge it with your RTK deck using this script.

The deck has some inconsistencies, such as the kanji questioned for appearing in the example sentence (if you add those), but these are pretty obvious and easy to fix. All J keywords will probably not work for you, either, but it's easy to replace these with something you feel you can recognize better.

Also, remember: There is no 'try'. wink
