Hey.
I'm no programmer so I have no idea if this is hard to do, but would it be a hassle to implement a practice option? It would work like the review tab, just would not have any influence on the progress bars of ur flashcards. So u can review ur cards as many times per day as u wish. Choose the lesson and away u go. Just to to enable ppl to do more kanji in a very user friendly way.

Any thoughts?

Hi Jedi,

Right now I'm busy on Customized Keywords, I can't tell you when such a feature would be available. I've just started working fulltime on the website 6 weeks ago and there is a lot on my plate smile

It is part of my "major features" to do list, and I realized it is an important feature, so I've moved it up in my todo list.

Wouldn't that whole idea be SRS ruining?

If you think that you need a "practice" option, then I think maybe you don't fully understand what an SRS is...

Keep in mind he and other prospective users may:

1) Be new to the site and not interested in SRS'ing straight away.

2) Will use the SRS, but want to drill the lessons he's currently on, which shouldn't do much harm to his SRS schedule considering the cards are fairly new.

I don't think there is one "right" technique. Some are better than others; that can be verified;, but if someone wants to mix and match techniques that's fine. After all the SRS will fix itself up over time.
