Okay, I bought some books, used my debit card, and for the first time ever, my bank randomly freaked out (OMGIZJPN! Fraud alert!), causing me to not get said books. I yelled at them properly, so now I'm trying to figure out just what the heck is going on, because my order status shows everything as being "Shipping suspended" in Japan. I sent an inquiry to BK1 to find out what was going on when I got this nice chunk of letter in reply:
So I get that there was an error. And I think I'm supposed to just wait until it fixes itself. And as soon as they get the money, they'll ship it. Oh, and they love my patronage. I'm pretty sure that's what it says, but there's a lot of 敬語 in there, and that always fuzzies things up for me.
Is there anything in there that I'm missing, or am I just totally wrong?

I don't know if you should just wait. It looks like they want you to give them some instructions if the reason it didn't work was due to an error.
The bit in bold is saying that if these steps aren't taken within a certain period of time, your order is going to be cancelled.
But then the next part says that the order mentioned above (I guess on the rest of the email) has already been cancelled (既にキャンセルが完了しております) and you have to order it again.
I don't know if that was much help, since it was kind of conflicting.

Okay, thanks for helping to clear that up. I totally blew that. >_< I thought they were saying it was too late to cancel it, not that it was too late to fix it. Ah well, not a biggie.
So I can assume that the order is canceled, and I should just reorder? My problem is that I'm not comfortable with the use of おります, I think, and it's peppered throughout the letter. The only おります I know is 降ります or 折ります. (I know now that it's the polite version of あります, but there you go.)
