I thought this was kind of amusing: http://twitter.com/FakeAPStylebook - I recommend not reading it if you're neurotic and don't have a solid grasp of what they're talking about, else it might actually get stuck in your head and cause mistakes. ;p

I think it works best when they focus purely on those sticky rules and suchlike. Sample twts:

---- Remember: "its" means "it is" and "it's" is the possessive form of "it."

---- Chthulu - Ahhhhhhhhh! Noooooooo! AHHHHHHHHHHGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH

There IS some good stuff in there.
For example,

"When considering whether to write in dialect, please don't."

Mark Twain is the only author I´ve known to pull it off (in English).  The rest fail miserably and create things that are extremely painful to read.

Most of it is just funny, though.
