Can anyone share there experience on this subject? I feel my output sucks soooooo much. My understanding keeps going up as well as my reading. But my output falls far behind. Can anyone offer there suggestions to me? Thanks in advance! (Sorry if there are already threads about this, I apologize)

P.S. Should i get books on effective speech patterns for japanese?

How long have you been studying Japanese?

Here are some of my thoughts on the topic:

(Since then cb4960 has added so many features to subs2SRS for context and suchlike, plus I began video dictation which changed how I viewed the possible types of media on Anki cards and how to interact with them... [Many of us view Anki as a flexible active scheduling program for both learning and memorizing many types of info, and some prefer to think of it as a simple vessel for passively memorizing specific types of info, so beyond my generally applicable thoughts on output, feel free to ignore if you fall into the latter category.] -- And by 'many of us' and 'some' I mean me, myself and I vs. everyone else? ;p)

Well my srs anki deck states around 6.2 months. I don't really count 3 months of doing kanji to be learning actually "japanese". So it's basically 6 months of real learning.
Thanks for the links, i'm reading them right now.

Don't you already have at least one thread on this topic?

I do? I just checked right now. I think that's relating to output via writing, not speaking. My speaking is still bad.....まだまだぞ

Well... if you get better at reading by reading more, then you should get better at speaking by speaking more. Practice, practice.

yea that's true. A lot of people said that all you need is a few months of constant practice in speaking and you can reach next level.
