During reviews, when I click the 'Story' button to refresh my memory of what I SHOULD have remembered, I periodically get an Error 500, and no display of the story.  I could live with this...except that the bright red "Oops! Error 500 "Internal Server Error". Retry" message refuses to go away.  It persists on the screen, sitting over the top of the flash card, until I close down the tab.  This results in all the cards I have been reviewing up until then being restored to the same stack, meaning I have to review them again.  There doesn't seem to be any consistency on which cards, what kind of story, what time of day, etc. I'm running IE 8.0.6 on Windows XP Professional.  Anybody got any solutions on this?

Im getting the same "500 Ok" error quite a bit too. I thought it was a firefox issue, then I switched to Safari and am getting the same results. Any help would be appreciated.

Usually, it happens when your story links to another story. Even though you can't close the window, it can be moved. What I normally do is just click "End" and then restart my session.
