The total reviews count on the Profile page is now updated in "bursts", every time the flashcard review page makes an ajax connection, so it will no longer increment after every answer but every 10 answers or so. It will also update one last time when you click the "End" button.

After 6 answers there should be an ajax connection (you can see the little loading message on the top right of the review area). At that point you should see the number on the profile page update.

If you don't see the total reviews count update at all after more than 6 reviews and/or going to the review summary (click "End'), please report back. I couldn't reproduce the issue.
