It's called "grey end" by Last Alliance. I used rikaichan on the words I didn't know and so I know roughly what it all says and means. There's probably some little things I'm missing though... I really love this song and want a good understanding of it.

Ok i'll give it a go translating it and if it needs correcting people can give them. Excuse my poor spelling and complete lack of grammar. I've tried to translate it how I would write it in English so it's not necessarily exact all the time.

I have struggled to walk under the gray sky that continues to journey.
the arrow of desires fired right above me has reached it's breaking point.

faint memories of a once forgotten city,
ressurected, have come flooding back to me.
Black rain falls in anguish and I am soaked, crying.

joy and kindness
betrayel and regret
all of these things we're without fail

"everlasting..." held in the palm of my hand
fell away as it danced the other way
the moon I was looking up at disseapered
as it was smeared by gray clouds.

joy and kindness
betrayel and regret
I have recieved all of these.

tranquility and dearness,
sadness and loneliness
I will go to them soon.

mangled memories painted in a landscape portrait.
Black rain falls in anguish I stayed wet and laughed.
a single flower blooms in the gray sky that continues to journey
I looked up at the moon, it tore a rift in the clouds where light shone through.

Since it uses ~ずに, that first verb didn't happen. So here:

たどり着けずにまた歩いたよ = [i] walked one again without reaching [the end/destination]
矢は届かずに折れてしまった = The arrow broke with reaching [its target]

I think you meant "without reaching"?
