Gratz on the new design. It's looking nice and crisp.
When that is said, I have run into a usability issue which I thought I'll write it here, before I get used to whatever way I'll work around the issue.
When I have cards to review I click the stack and start reviewing. But when I click the "re-learn stack" I'm transferred to new a new window where all the cards I need to re-learn are listed (why can't I just click the stack and start re-learning?) Then I click the restudy button to the left and is given some totally random card (why doesn't it give my the card with the lowest Heisig number?). Because of this the restudy button is completely useless. Instead I tried to click on the first keyword in the restudy window and I then clicked "Add to learned list". Then are new button appears to the left, where I'm told to review the card even though I have just studied it (why aren't the newly studied card moved to stack "one review?) I think it is a bit strange that when I study a card, it is moved to a "hidden" stack where I need to review it immediately after studying it.
Because it all seems somewhat counter-intuitive I'm unsure if I have explained the "problem" well enough or if I'm just using the system all wrong.

Website
I think the 'extra review' was covered in another thread. Personally I very much like it, although it probably could be a little more intuitive.
Anyway, just a suggestion that I wasn't sure where to put since there are several threads about the updated site.. One thing that I would personally find useful is, on the restudy page (Study->Detailed List), if each entry had a checkbox next to it w/ the ability to perform some kind of group action on those checked. Think webmail client (check multiple entries, 'mark selected as read'), in this case marking them as studied.
It's just a little annoying having to click on every entry then click 'add to learned list', especially if I'm not starting from the top of the stack (where it jumps back to once you add a kanji to the learned list). I personally tend to open the failed card list, write down the frame numbers and retire to my room to study them w/ the book, meaning I'm not going through the study pages one by one marking them off as I go.
Anyway, just another thing to consider for 'the list'.
Again, loving the changes.

First of all, let me say I love the new design. My review sessions go much quicker, with less waiting on the site between kanji.
I do get the occasional "connection timed out" but the reconnect button is there, so it's easy.
Today I did have something weird happen. I got the keyword "study", and wrote down 学 and clicked the button. The kanji presented was 迷 (transfer/alternate). Hmmm, I thought. I better review that story. But when I got there, no mention of "study". I noticed, in passing, that the grease monkey script was working, since I saw the "transfer/alternate" briefly before it was switched to my edition keyword "alternate". But I have no real clue why the disconnect between "study" and 迷.
