I'm not sure if this has been brought up before, but I think it would be really cool to have a firefox search for the study page of RevTK. You know, so when you're on RevTK, you can click the search bar and it'll say "Add Search for kanji.koohii.com" or something like that. Shouldn't be too hard to pull off, eh?

Just an idea.

That would be a good idea and it's extremely easy to add to a website.

There are also ways to do the same on the user side (there is an add-on to do it easily) or you can also use a firefox search keyword (right click on the search field and choose 'add keyword for this search').

Would you mind pointing me to the plugin? And also, I couldn't find any 'add keyword for this search' dialogue... I'd really like to be able to search like that...

Here is a tutorial on how to use the search keywords: http://johnbokma.com/firefox/keymarks-explained.html

For the add-on I'll have to check on my home computer, so I'll give you the info later.

Thanks for the link, but I suppose I'll have to wait on the add-on. I don't have an 'add keyword for this search' dialogue and I can't find the 'quick searches' folder in my bookmarks hmm I'm using FF 3.5.3... hrmm....

The extension I use is Open Search Fox

However it seems no longer available from the official add-on repository and has not been updated for 3.5 (or at least I don't know where to find the updated version). So it may be better to look for an alternative.
