hi, i'm new to this site and I must say its great.
I just started yesterday using this method. I've slain some slimes to rescue some princess, and also visited China Land in the past, but it seems this is the best method to learn the kanji.

I dont know if this idea had been posted yet but I was wondering if in the future there could be a sketchpad next to the flashcard(or under it).
I dont always have pen and paper ready to write down kanji.
and switching between browser and mspaint is annoying.
So by having a sketchpad near the flashcard you could draw the kanji, and compare it to the awnser easily. (I have a wacom tablet so I can write down kanji, but using just the mouse works fine for me aswel)

I'm sorry if the idea was opted before and discarded for some reason.
I'm just thinking it would make reviewing easy.

Just write it in your hand with your finger, you will notice if you did it wrong without visually comparing it.

I agree with Tobberroth, but I guess if you don't always have a pen and paper with you when doing reviews, then what you are doing is fine.

Just know that producing the kanji through physical handwriting gives the best results.  Perhaps you should invest in buying a cheap sticky notepad and take it with you when you might be in a position to do reviews.

Possible solution for you:
If you use firefox, install the All-in-one-sidebar extension: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1027

It has a feature to let you open a website in the sidebar. Then, you can just load some site like this: http://kanji.sljfaq.org/draw.html

This basically gives you what you are asking for. The All-in-one sidebar extension is pretty awesome anyways. Once you get used to it, it should boost your firefox productivity smile

I often use Kanji Gym Light which has a sketchpad, but I've only found it yesterday as I never used it before, and don't know why I would because it's really a pain to draw things on the screen with the mouse.

I've always done the same thing as Tobberoth, I write on the table with my finger, it's faster than a mouse, more accurate, and I can even do it without looking at the table while I draw.
