Hi,

Has anyone ever suggested having a webservice API to retrieve a user's Kanji Count?

It would be possible to expand to include the number of kanji in each pile etc, but even making the Kanji Count available would enable an "ecosystem" to start to develop around RtK.

Privacy-wise, you could have a Twitter / Facebook style method where you ask the user if they want to link their RtK account to application X. More simply, you could have an opt-in checkbox which says "Make my Kanji Count public", as it's certainly not a highly private fact.

What do you think?

Thanks,
Dave.

Nice one zodiac, thanks! I had seen that page for myself, but didn't know it was publicly accessible.
