Bug searching for "Bull's Eye"

I've noticed a bug, on the study page if you search for Bull's eye and press enter to go to that Kanji you get a forbidden error, my friend who also uses the site confirms this, so I don't think it's localised to me.

Edit: It seems to cause this error for any kanji with ' in the keyword

I just got the same error.  If I type in 的 it works fine though.
Interesting both the kanji and keword have a drop in them.

It works fine entering the kanji directly or the frame number, I can't think of any other kanji with a ' in the keyword off the top of my head with which to test.
