I know nico nico douga has been talked about a little bit on here before, but I thought it would be worth mentioning that they have a new live service that is really awesome!

This lets people (premium members I'm guessing) start up their own live channel, where they can play video and talk to whoever happens to be watching at the time. Viewers can chat with this person in realtime.

It's a great source for real spoken Japanese, you can almost always find something interesting on, and you even have the ability to try talking back!
