I found the reviews for this little application very promising and immediately bought it
when it came out in the apple store a week ago and have been busy since then going through the kanjis for the JLPT3 (which I passed last year)
So going through the kanjis I noticed that the stroke order of quite a few kanjis is quite
wrong. I dont understand how they could get it so wrong since they took apparently the
data from Edict and Kanjidic..
so far I did review only approx 120 kanjis but I am making a list of the wrong ones and will send it to the developers and hopefully they will fix it in the next release.
At the same time I wanted to warn those of you that are learning some kanji for the first time to be careful. once learned the stroke order the wrong way it might be diff to correct!
the problem is that the software doesnt let you pass the level unless you input the stoke order in the wrong way. that a bit frustrating but otherwise it is a fantastic application and I gave 5 stars in the apple store. (before noticing those mistakes of course

空 wrong handwriting - stroke number 5 is not straight!
手 the first stroke is wrong direction! it should be from right to left
海 not the usual way to write using the 2 strokes as in mother in the middle
員 the handwriting of the last stroke looks funny. It should be straight
風 wrong form. the kanji on the front of the card is different of the one to practice the strokes. this one is completely wrong!

some of them like 少　dont have a very nice handwriting, it seems to me that the person doing that part of the software doesnt know how to write japanese..

this is so far but if other people use this app and notice again mistakes , I think it would be in the interest of everybody to post it, so pls do so here.

I will keep the list updated and post new mistakes. I am sure they will be! I had only 100 kanjis so far and found 7 mistakes. that almost 10 procent. thats a lot!

(I might mistake myself and pls verify what I say of course...)
