Hello Guys!
There is a way to do something like this?
Importing video in anki would be a super good way to learn, from dramas, anime and so on
I have no knowledge of programming but maybe someone here can do a plug-in like this?
I contacted the creator of anki for implement such a characteristic in some new versions of anki but he told me that It's possible but he have no intention to do it
Let me know

I'm not sure what you're asking.

[sound:myvideo.wav] will play the video when the card is shown. If you want the video chopped up, that's not Anki's job, you should use some external program

My idea is that an .avi or .mp4 or other video's formats are displayed in anki like an image.

bombpersons do what resolve said
Pick a video(converted with some programs for adjusting resolution and size) and then add  the extension .wav.
Load the video as an audio file and anki will read it

sorry, I made a thinko above. You should be able to use any filename, like [sound:foo.avi].
