I'm getting pretty fed up with Stackz, but it seems to be the only realistic option at the moment for the Pocket PC (specifically wm2003).
No sound or picture support, along with a flaky scheduling implementation, mean that I'm well open to suggestions for alternatives.
I've tried to get Anki CE to work, but try as I might, I get nothing but errors and looking through Python code makes me cry!

Is anyone else in the same position? any suggestions?

I'm pretty much in the same boat re: Anki on my phone.

I've thought about Stackz but haven't tried it yet. Your experience sounds discouraging though.

I have a Palm version of Anki running on my phone with StyleTap (a Palm emulator for Windows phones) but I'm not very satisfied with it. It was easier than screwing around with kludgey coding involved in running Anki directly on my phone, though. I wish someone would do a proper port of Anki for Windows phones.

Mostly I use this site and Readthekanji.com.
