A while back I saw this video clip of a cute Japanese tv announcer. She says her name at the beginning but I can't catch it (I can't read the kanji either). Does anyone know who it is?

Thanks Smackle, she is so damn cute. She seems to host a show about horse racing or something. Is she well known in Japan?
