Warehouse/Storehouse?

Just a quick note... most Kanji have both keywords from multiple additions, but in my edition #589 is listed as storehouse and not warehouse. It's not a big issue, but maybe something to fix... for posterity's sake tongue

Are you sure about that? 589 is supposed to be warehouse since 850 is storehouse. Sounds like there's something odd about your book ^^

I strongly suggest you change one of these keywords. I changed 蔵 to granary.

I'm sure about that. It's a 5th edition. I guess it might just be a publishing mistake.

Edit: Is there no way to size images on this forum? I can usually do it on other forums that support BBCode with [ i m g = 300 x 300 ] style coding, but it apparently doesn't work here.

Personally, I simply imagine a big warehouse by the docks for 庫. For 蔵 I think of a small storage space in an office or school. The distinction might not make sense (庫 is used in 金庫 which means safe, so it doesn't have to mean a big warehouse thing) but the point is to separate them in your mind.

The problem is nothing to do with remembering the kanjis, but getting the keywords confused. It is probably easier for an English native, but when you have English as second language it can be painful.

It's not easy for an English native either. I find synonyms terribly confusing. A couple I got wrong today were because they were synonyms.
