Heh yeah I was about to link it again. Considering your join date, you should have expired cards showing up tomorrow.
As for how much you should add, whatever you think you can while coping with the reviews. Of course, you can't really anticipate that without some experience, so just do whatever until you get a feel for it yourself. As you're experiencing right now, though, with your antsyness, the first week or two make you really eager to go at it. So with that, you might as well add stuff like crazy before that first boost of motivation dries up.

Well, it's up to you, but you may find that if you get a reputation for being kind of rude (and ignoring friendly advice is kind of rude, as are contentless topic titles) then people will start to skip your threads; maybe people who might have otherwise given you helpful information.
[It's not just a random pointless rule -- each post has one author but lots of readers. So it's better for the one author to put in a little effort to make life easier for the mass of readers, otherwise the place would degenerate into a mass of "question 13", "that topic again", "advice needed" and it gets harder to see what might be interesting, to find old threads, and so on. A lot of the accumulated conventions of three decades of online discussion forums are there because they really do make for better conversations...]
