I just came across to this site..
It is stunning. Imagine youtube with subtitles and Japanese translations.
Not all clips are translated..
but it is quite interesting to study Japanese as well and eventually as a mining resource..
(it was thought as a way to study English for Japanese people,
it got buttons to replay the last word/sentence)

I think it is very well done

Bad source, the Japanese sentences are translated English on a sentence by sentence basis. It's not natural Japanese. Good for Japanese people to learn English, bad for westerners to learn Japanese.

While I agree that it's a much better resource for Japanese learning English, I don't think any source is a 'bad source'.  You just have to remember that the sentences probably are as badly translated into Japanese as most anime is to English.  There are certainly better sources, but if this makes it fun for you, use it.
