http://tunein.com/ has a handful of radios that stream Japanese music.

Only in Japan, it seems. But if I was there I could also just turn on the radio...? Kinda defeats the purpose of internet radio.

Ah that sucks, I'm in Japan so didn't know. It's more convenient than a normal radio for me, it works from a laptop or phone and all the song names / segments are listed too.
