I just wanted to share a little program that I've been using for a while called psp kanji. It is a free flashcard program that was originally made for the psp hand held but later made for pc and mac too. Not the most advanced software but its free and supports custom lists from various catalogs including Heisig's RTK. It needs a "cracked" psp to use it or you can just put it on your pc. It also has cool features like being able to show stroke order and such.

The program doesn't come with heisig lists but you can make your own with the list making guide (though it can be confusing at times) or I can upload mine if anyone wants them. My lists contain all 3007 kanji from RTK in groups of 100. The lists are fairly simple to tweak if you need to make changes to the number of kanji in a list or their order or index number 等
