Kanji avatar error

Tried to make 海 my Kanji avatar and get the following error, briefly, before it seems like it works, but nothing appears.

I just copied and pasted the kanji into the box. Also happened with the kanji for "violent." Didn't try any others. Using latest FFox on PC.

Good catch, thank you. It should be working now. The error was caused by an upgrade of the GD library on the server, apparently. Using an absolute path for the kanji font seem to have solved the problem.

There's an error when I try to make an avatar for:

如

or any other kanji at all.

Both in Firefox 3.6 and IE 8.0.7600.16385

Admin: error message noted, will look into it

Can this problem be fixed soon?

Thank you, the script was missing after a forum update April 22.
