Stylesheet problem

Anyone else having a problem where the .css stylesheet for the RTK site doesn't load, so the pages are unformatted?  I've had this a couple of time now.  Last time I clicked around for a while and suddenly it was all OK.  This time no such luck.  Strangely, the forum pages are fine, but the other pages are not. 

The stylesheet referenced in the source is "/css/main_v1208119079.css".  If I try to read that file directly, I get a CACHE_FILL_OPEN_FILE error.  I'm at work, so I wonder if some proxy here is blocking it somehow.

It might help if you post some more information about your situation: what OS you're using, what browser you're using, etc.

I tried opening the stylesheet, and it displayed just fine.

I'm on Windows XP, and I've tried IE and Chrome.
