If you like using Japanese software but your windows isn't a Japanese version, then most probably you are using Applocale. Unfortunately, it displays a stupid warning each time you use it. Fortunately, I just found this patch to remove that warning and get your programs running as if you weren't even using Applocale. I haven't used it yet, but hope it works. Enjoy!
