This has happened to me several times over the last few days, I start my revisions with a kanji, click fail then it asks me about the same kanji again (sometimes after a few others). So I click 'skip to summary' and I see the kanji I just marked as failed is a different kanji than the one I saw.

I use FF3 beta 5 on Ubuntu (Hardy) with no greasemonkey scripts. Any ideas?

On the same topic, I think I may have been encountering the same kanji more than once in my reviews. A few days ago for instance, I did part of my reviews and then quit (skipped ahead to the screen that shows the graph), and then a few minutes later started reviewing again. When I started back, a kanji popped up and I immediately thought, "wait a minute, I just reviewed this same kanji a few minutes ago". Of course, I have no way to really verify that I wasn't mistaken, but I feel quite confident that it did indeed show me the same kanji twice.

I guess this happends when you take too long before one kanji and another so the browser session expires. This happends to me a lot. I just make sure I wont cheat by passing a  kanji I failed. Besides that there was no side effect.

My experience didn't involve the session expiring, I'm sure of that. Maybe ill start recording the screen while I review, then I can go back and really check if something weird happens :p

No, it's different from the session expiration thing. I used to get those a lot and it's no problem. You clearly see that your session has been reset, the total number of expired kanji to review changes and the list of kanji you failed in the current revision session is cleared.  But in this case a kanji I had not yet seen was marked as failed and it was in the list when I checked.
