You can also go to Mnemosyne's website and look at the screenshots, download it and try it out for yourself, it takes less than 5 minutes to do so.

I edited the first post so it wont be misleading anymore. I wish I could edit the title.

Yo,

Today I found out of a very interesting feature of mnemosyne.

If I grade a kanji as 1, he'll still apear during the current review, only to stop apearing after I give a higher grade. Before I was giving only 0 and 4 grades to kanji. If I remembered the kanji, I would give allways a 4.

Now I'm doing this: even if I remember the kanji, I'll give it a 1. Only after reviewing it 3-4 times, I'll give it a 4.
I enjoy my reviews much more this way. This allows me to make my pace faster and being more strict.
And strictness in the beginning stages is the key to great recall rates in the long run.

Not to forget RevTK of course. I used it to create every story of every new kanji.

693 to go. I told you, my pace is getting faster! Huhuhl!

aaahh.. Just finished けっこん できない おとこ。

I really enjoyed it..   I hate having to see the end of series having grown so attached to the characters hmm

I'll probably check out that Hero show now.. With the prosecutors..  But the last two episodes are broken right now on mysoju..   Wonder if they'll get it fixed.

Yo, I'm using the one from the japanese pack. There are lots of typos in the english, but until now there was no mistake in the kanjis. I check every one here in RevTK.

My report for today is that I was lazy. Until now I only did my reviews. And I'm too tired to learn new ones or clear the failed ones. Tomorrow I'll keep up with it.
BTW. I today I reviewed my kanjis in a birthday party.

I remember now I noticed a big mistake in the mnemosyne default deck. Storehouse and Warehouse cards are mixed up. I'm posting my deck with my corrections to mnemosyne website.

btw, 592 kanji to go.

I'm starting to strongly advise not using the default RTK deck of mnemosyne.

I'm advancing trought my deck while learning the new kanjis in RevTK. And I'm finding more and more mistakes as I progress. After I'm finished I'll make sure they accept my deck as an offering, tought.

Well, this pretty much prooves again the value of RevTK. This site is the best!

Btw, in my last post, "kanji to go" count was wrong. It was 454.

As for today. 414 kanji to go.

366 kanji to go.

Uf. Today was a lot of work. But it is working fine.
The nice thing is at a rate of about 40 kanji/day my review schedule is still diminishing. Slowly, but it is.
In my current pace, I might finish RTK in 13 days.  Hurray!

In 0 day(s) : 0
In 1 day(s) : 223
In 2 day(s) : 151

271 kanji to go.

I'm really happy with this schedule feature of mnemosyne. I can plan my reviews so I will get allways about ~200 cards to review. For me that is just tiring enough to call it a day.

Btw, yesterday I managed to get a copy of RTK1.
The book is really nice. His explanations on primitives are great. It fits so well with the stories here in RevTK. I wish I could have gotten it in the beggining. It would have saved me from a lot of mistakes.

Today I'm specially happy because I finally learned the kanji for the game of Go, wich I adore. Btw, I'm mentat in kgs. I'm a lazy 3k? who ocasionally beats some 2-3dan.

219 kanji to go.

I feel now like I really understood now what is imaginative memory and how my memory works. And as the schedule got lighter, there is little excuse not to add more kanji.
Hurray! In this pace I'll finish in 7.3 days!
