Does anyone subscribe to Weekly Famitsu (the magazine)?  I usually pick up a copy if I'm at the bookstore, but it's kinda pricey.  I think a yearly sub is like $250 US?

Does anyone know of Japanese sites where I could just purchase and download the titles right there, rather than having to have the CDs shipped here? I am looking for older titles like A-Train III in particular, and other games that would run well on the older laptop I have (Pentium III 1GHz FTW!). I'm not having any luck finding Japanese abandonware sites, so a legitimate site would be great. Surely there are Japanese sites out there that sell 'classics'.
